Hey all,
We would love to know if this step works for you so we can gauge how many players are being affected by this specific issue.
If you could let us know either way it would be appreciated.
Yes, it worked for me.

Hi,
I've been lurking on here since the Growing Together pack was launched (purchased the pack after it launched, EA App showed it was downloaded but content would not show up in game) and just wanted to add here that uninstalling the Sims 4 CAS Demo from my computer resolved my issues. I had also previously purchased the Simtimates and Bathroom Clutter kits and the EA App said they were downloaded however the content would not show up in my game. My steps to resolve were:
1. Uninstall Sims 4 CAS Demo from my computer.
2. Searched for any related files and deleted.
3. Launched my game to see if content was available. (GT previously stated 'Download to Use' & the kits stated 'Restart to Use'). At this point, game stated for all three 'Download to Use'.
4. Navigated back to EA App, downloaded GT & the previous two kits.
5. Relaunched my game and the content is there and appears to be functioning correctly (prior to play through).
I hope that helps with further trouble shooting.
What did you type in to find the CAS demo in your files? I've tried every fix but this one, and nothing has worked.
- @CheriBree I searched 'Sims 4 Create a Sim Demo' in the start menu. It didn't appear in my files. Message me if this doesn't work.
