Hi @lil-moo-813 After every patch/update Mods are automatically turned off, you have to reselect to 'allow mods and cc' then restart your game as well.
Or, if you mean the Mods Folder is missing(? at Documents > Electronic Arts > Sims 4 > Mods?) just make a new one, to then place your mods in.. then click to 'repair game' to ensure it has the resource.cfg file to the mods folder re-added. Also, please check my post here on maintaining your game with mods & cc..
