@derfcom Try clearing the cache in the EA app. EP app - help - apprecovery - clear cache. Could be OneDrive. Ypou need to excluse the user - documents - electronic arts folder from OneDrive = in OneDrive settings. I also check keep files on the pc.

Please explain what helped you, I am having the same problem. I have cleared the cache from the EA app recovery, that didn't work. How do I change the file settings?
