Re: How do i fix my ui?
@SinnisterGrape1 What exactly isn't working? A broken UI is often caused by an outdated version of the UI Cheats mod, unsurprisingly. If you had it but have removed it, try deleting localthumbcache.package as well.
If that doesn't help, please repair the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
If that doesn't help either, please move your entire Sims 4 user data folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. Don't add anything to it yet; just start a new save and make sure it works. If it does, you can test your mods and cc (still using that new save) in batches. Any batch that reintroduces the problem needs to be split and tested again until you find the problem file(s).
Once you've sorted through your mods and cc, you can move the contents of the saves and Tray folders from your old Sims 4 folder to the new one, and pick up your old saves where you left off.
