Your mods may be outdated. The Mod creator is responsible for adjusting them to keep them working.
Please go to the site with the mod and download the latest version.
I suggest you make a save specifically to test your mods.
I don't know how many you have but you should test only a few at a time.You may want to bookmark these links for future reference.

Be sure you check both boxes.
Enable Custom Content and Mods
Script Mods Allowed - @EuphorialQueen My mods aren't outdated it's just that every time I check the boxes and restart the game it automatically unchecks.

Exit the game.
Delete localthumbcache.package and Options.ini files.
Repair the game by right clicking the game on the Origin launcher.
You will need to reset your options but that takes only a short time.
Remember to select the two options for mods and cc.
Enable Custom Content and Mods
Script Mods AllowedYou will need to save the options and exit (turn off) the game.
Once more exit the game and open it again.
This should allow you to see your cc and use your mods.
