@anahit121  Yes, you'll need to uninstall the game and then choose English when reinstalling.  Make sure the EA App is also running in English at the time.

If I uninstall and reinstall to change to language into English, will I lose my packs?

@pridiam  No, your packs are owned by your account and can be reinstalled as many times as you want, on this computer or others.  And they're all universal, not locked to the language you were using when you bought them.

@FramboosRoos  When you uninstall Sims 4, your DLC gets uninstalled too.  Your account doesn't lose the content; it's simply removed from your computer until you want to reinstall.

Your saves and other user data should not be affected, but they can be if you've installed the game itself into Documents > Electronic Arts, thereby mixing the program files and the user data.  If you're worried about this, simply make backups of the critical data in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4.  You'll want to keep the saves and Tray folders, plus UserSettings.ini if you care about the login rewards, and perhaps Screenshots and Recorded Videos.  The rest can be discarded.
