@ReevesLeaves Restart your computer, wait five minutes, open the Task Manager, and make sure the EA App and the EABackgroundService are NOT running. The latter would be under background processes.
If that doesn't help, uninstall the EA App the normal way, i.e. through Windows, and then use Piriform's CCleaner (the free version is also fine) to clean any leftover App-related data.
