If you're online, pack purchases usually automatically download.
Can you show where it says it's not downloaded? Is the pack content showing in game?
Are you running a legacy edition of Sims 4? Which pack is it that you bought?
Hi! The pack content doesn’t wanna show up, I try to use it and it says that the pack is not installed, I bought Eco Lifestyle. Also what do you mean Legacy Edition?
The message from the gallery says the household you are trying to place uses content that you do not own (or are not installed). That do not necessarily mean Eco Lifestyle. It could be any other pack you do not own. Since this is a household it is likely some CC that you do not have. The description of the household should tell you what is used. Unfortunately many do not list the CC they have used. You can try editing the household in CAS and see what is missing and replace with standard items that you have,
The Legacy edition is meant for weaker computers. It can not use content released after November 2019 it can also not connect to the online Gallery. Since you can you do not have it.
Yeah but that was an example. I tried to use items from the pack and it still didn’t work. Is there another way of seeing the download status? shift +F1 does not work, and I have a Macbook air.
Sorry for not using an example relevant, its just I have almost all of the packs and I recently got this one. And yes it says “you already own this pack”

Hi! I figured it out, when I scroll over to the pack, it says “download to use” so it still needs to be downloaded, how do I download it on the sims4 game page?
I bought the Star Wars pack. I am not sure what edition of Sims 4 I am running. I bought it when it first came out...been a while.
@zerosydi Hello! Since it's been a couple days, I wondered if you were able to get the pack to download. If not, perhaps you could try repairing the game through Origin. Exit the game, if it's open. Then, right click on the game in Origin and select Repair.
@crickette Do you mean that Journey to Batuu hasn't downloaded? If so, please try the repair process as I mentioned above.

Also, I got it to start downloading but I got a notification saying that it would give me a notification when it was done, but its been a while, is there any way to see the download progress in the game so I don’t have to go to origin and open it up, my computer is a bit slow when playing a game so, if not that’s okay.
@spookishly I usually wait for everything to download before opening the game. However, if you are in the game while the DL is in progress, you should be able to type shift+F1 to see the download progress. You may have to be at the Main Menu to do this.

@spookishly If your packs haven't downloaded by now, there may be another issue. I'm on PC so I don't know if it's different for Mac. Perhaps the Mac Guru @Bluebellflora can help?

@spookishly You can use cmd-tab to switch between apps in macOS.
If you need more help though, it would be best to create a new thread in the Mac section. Troubleshooting on a Mac is very different than in Windows.
