- @roberta591 I play on pc, I tried repairing the game (which fixed a few things) but it didn’t fix this issue, I also deleted and updated some cc
@injoonsdna7 Try removing them from Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > saves. You can hover over the folder icon by each save name to see its file name, e.g. Slot_00000002.exe. The files with a .verx on the end are backups, and it's best to keep those until you know you won't need them, but you can move them elsewhere for safekeeping.
If the save files don't delete when you remove them from their folder, it's possible OneDrive has synced them and is redownloading them for you. In that case, you need to delete them from OneDrive as well.

- What should you do if the slot says "Slot_87654322" That is what mine says and I know it's not supposed to be like that.
@suzziequ Try renaming it to this:
Slot_00000050.save
If you get a message that this name already exists, try 00000060 or another higher number. I chose 50 because you're unlikely to have that many saves, but you can pick whatever number you want as long as it's eight digits long. Sims 4 uses hexidecimal numbers, so digits 0 to 9 and a to f.
