Re: i cant close the game whilst its stuck with the green diamond spinning?

@puzzlezaddict I had did this and my game continued tto do the infinite loading screen, I then reset everything on my desktop and redownloaded sims 4 and still no changes. Can you please help?

Hi I've encountered with the same issue as the person in the replies and I reset my computer and redownloaded ea I put my dxdiag png in this forum could there be any way you could help fix my game as well.
