I have the same problem but it happened a while after I started playing(in December of 2014) and I have downloaded cc with no problems. The game still plays, and I've restarted my computer, but it won't show up.I've never downloaded any other EA games if that has to do with anything.

@dermentolagist52 If you just install the game and then check the documents folder, you won't have one. The game creates that folder when you first start the game.
  • I have the same problem. However, I've started and closed my game twice and it still isn't appearing. I created a household and placed them on a lot, I did everything I could think of, but the folder isn't showing up.

It is a very old thread. Could you create a new one with your issue?
By the way, are you using OneDrive?

@harmonyisnice  Have you launched the game at least once?  If not, please do so now, then look again in Documents\Electronic Arts.

If you have launched the game, please search for your saves.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter Slot_ in the search field in the upper right corner.  For any save you see, click on it, click "Open file location," and you'll jump to where the saves are.  Please copy the address bar, above the list of files and folders, and paste it here.
