Re: I just switched to the EA app and my addons are NOT in the game.

@Katzc7  Try repairing the game: open your game library within the EA App, hover over the Sims 4 icon, click the three dots, and select Repair.  If that alone doesn't help, clear the EA App's cache and try again.

You can also just go back to Origin if you prefer.  It looks like Origin will be a viable product for at least a few more months.

    @cconway10310  You tried repairing, or going back to Origin, or both?  If you're still using the EA App, does it show as offline?  You can check by opening the dropdown menu in the upper-left corner: if it says "go online," you're offline.  The EA App often doesn't recognize installed packs while in offline mode.
