Just adding to the list incase it helps.

1. Did you get the error from the start or were you ever able to play ? Was able to play until an unknown time somewhere between a 7-10 days ago.
2. Does it only happen on specific a save game or also when you try to start a new game ? Always happens on the one computer  - saved game, new game, after completely (including everything in Documents/Electronic Arts/ Sims 4) removing the game and reinstalling.
3. Please post the ENTIRE number.  102:10001458890023088287:9302113911646249397 I feel it is important to note this number is different EVERY time even when trying to load the same house.
4. Anything else you think important ? I am experiencing issues only on my laptop running Windows 7 32bit. There are 3 desktop PCs in my house as well, 2 run Windoes 7 64bit, 1 Windows 8. The game works fine on those. I did try the linked potential solution. It failed. Can not attempt steps after step 5 as even newly created familes (from the main menu or by clicking on an empty lot) also result in an error (again everything after 102 of the error number is DIFFERENT each and every time). To reitterate, am able to use CAS and build mode on lots, simply cannot enter live mode. Have also tried copying installed game files (both from the install location and the portion in Documents) from a confirmed working (and patched) computer. Error persists. I am starting to question if this is an error with 32 bit systems. Perhaps worth investigating.
