@TylerNKallie Free up space on the system device.
@TylerNKallie Please set exceptions in McAfee for TS4_x64.exe and Origin.exe. Here's how:

If that doesn't help, please create a new admin Windows account and try to play in that, just as a test. Make it a local account, as in, don't sign into Microsoft, and don't sync with any other services you normally use. You'll be able to sign into Origin and won't need to redownload anything, but you won't have access to your current saves or other data.
It's also a good idea to clear up more space on your C drive. While 13 GB is enough for everyday tasks, Windows will need more to run major updates, and you also don't want the free space dropping much from here. The Downloads folder is a good place to look for extraneous files.
