Re installation causes CC to not work

Question

I recently had to format my PC and after that I tried reinstalling the game and the EA app, however it has been having problems with any CC, even those up to date, the main folder isn't anything like I remember and everything seems to be kept in another server, because the new game I started to test everything seems to still be working even after uninstalling and installing again everything and I don't know what to do now

TekTitanium&nbsp; You're looking at the folder for the game's program files.&nbsp; The location of the user folder, with saves, mods, and other user data, is independent of where you installed the game.&nbsp; It's in Documents &gt; Electronic Arts by default; if you're having trouble finding it, please see this:
