If they are playing on the same Origin account, you can just set up a different user profile for each of your girls and each can play with the same copy on the same computer

If each has their own Origin account with the game on, you can do the same but the would need to sign in with their respective Origin account.

The game packs can be found by clicking in i on the base game.
