@einavsh098  The Sims 4 is region-locked, meaning if you buy it in certain countries, you get only certain languages.  There's no way to open up more language options if you only have those three, unfortunately.  The only option would be to buy the game again (maybe you can get a refund on this one) in a country that supports the language you want.
