Laptop recommendation

Hi my laptop is not working so I have to buy a new laptop . Can someone recommend me some cheap laptop that be able to run sims 4 well ?  I am in the U.K. thanks

I found a really cheap laptop in eBay . Please find the attached photo.
can it run sims 4 well ? Can it run all current packs with medium high to high graphic setting ?

also , I have another question . The website did not state whether it is a 32 bit laptop or 64 bit laptop. How can you know whether it is a 32 bit laptop or 64 bit laptop ? 

can you recommend some more laptops please ?
