I checked and there isn’t any in my game. 

So I used this mod called better exceptions, and it showed me the issue I had in my games, from mods that need to be updated, the ones that were to be removed and also the one that I had duplications for. 

I went ahead and removed what needed to be removed and updated what needed to be. And ran the game after it ran smooth and I just created a new sim to try the build mode.
