Re: Live mode graphics lag issue

@confession872  A couple of the Sims 4 crashes in your dxdiag reference Nahimic, a component of audio software, and another was likely due to the driver for your graphics card.  Your audio driver is a bit oudated, which means Nahimic probably is as well.  The driver for your Nvidia 1660 ti is also outdated.  You can update all of them from the download page for your laptop:

https://www.msi.com/Laptop/support/GS65-STEALTH-9SD#down-driver&Win10%2064

Once you've installed everything, restart your computer, and test the game.  If you still see the same low fps, please run another dxdiag.

I updated all the drivers mentioned, and actually apparently had a Windows 10 system update waiting that I wasn't aware of, so the whole system got updated as well. This seems to have fixed the problem--I'm now running at around ~60 fps during live mode everywhere I've tried. Still weirdly higher (~100 fps) in that basement, but who knows. Thank you so much for your help!

@confession872  The basement is probably just less complicated to render, so your GPU can produce more frames when the camera is pointed there.  60 fps during normal gameplay is still a bit low for your graphics card though, at least in most worlds, even if it's not a problem in terms of playability.  (If you're playing in San Myshuno, never mind.)

If you want to keep troubleshooting, let me know, and run anther dxdiag.  But there's no real reason to intervene if it's not bothering you.
