Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
Are you using mods or cc in your game ?

I recorded a video showing what my game was doing on my PC! I tried to load my game but it exits me out!

It will start but once I tried to load my saved game it will load for a while & then exist me out of Sims completely..what’s dxdiag?
- @GeorgiaPeach2388 Follow the instructions I posted above. It's your computer specs in detail also showing potential errors. It's not about posting a video.
