Thanks! You're playing on a laptop without a dedicated GPU, unfortunately that means that your CPU is pulling double duty to both run the game and graphics which will lead to longer wait times on loading screens.

i spoke to my friend and they said it’s best not to play it, as it will only over heat my laptop which will ruin it in the long run. 

@karaahardyy  Modern hardware is very good at throttling its performance to keep from overheating, and computers are generally built to be able to dissipate the heat they generate.  As long as your laptop can cool itself properly, it shouldn't be in any danger.  It's not a good idea to play with the laptop sitting on a blanket or other soft object, but a desk would be fine, or you could use a cooling pad or fan if necessary.

As long as you take proper care of your laptop and it's in good working order—the fans are spinning, the vents aren't clogged with dust, etc.—the only "danger" here is that Sims 4 runs poorly because your computer's hardware can't keep up.  I'm not saying that's a given, just that it's a possibility, and the only one you really need to contend with if you're going to keep playing.

As for the long loading times, that shouldn't be happening with your laptop's hardware, at least not in a vanilla game.  As a test, please move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  Don't add anything to this folder yet; just start a new save and let me know whether the loading times are as bad as they are with your old Sims 4 folder in place.

If the loading times are still bad, please post the full dxdiag, as in, click "Save all information" on the page you took a photo of, then save the file as a .txt and attach it to a reply here.  There's very little useful info in the photo you posted.
