When you log in to your account you should be able to kick her off. At least you should get the option to do so. 

Also when you go on to Origin, go to Origin in the menu choose 'EA Account and Billing' this will open your browser. Then go to 'Security' on that page and 'Untrust' all the devices you don't recognize. You might want to change your password before you do that, and turn on the 'Log in verification'.
