@swhite1995 That laptop would technically run Sims 4, but not well at all. There are better options even for under $300. This is the best one I've found just now:

It should be able to run the all current packs together on low-medium or medium graphics settings. I'm not sure whether it's available near you, but if so, it's a very good choice in thie price range.
If you can't find that laptop near you and can't get it delivered, let me know and I'll look for other options. The others I saw on Walmart's site just now aren't great, but I can look elsewhere.

@bf44506653c8bb18 That laptop is showing as $630 for me. Regardless, it should be able to run Sims 4 on medium-high or high graphics settings, depending on how many packs you install and other factors like your playstyle. Its one advantage over cheaper laptops in the same performance category is its extra RAM, but I don't know that that's worth the price premium when many laptops can be upgraded, including these:

The last two have twice the storage, and while that's not necessary for Sims 4 alone, you might appreciate it if your Minecraft data takes up a lot of space.
All of these are in the same performance category as the one you've linked: they should all run Sims 4 within a few percentage points of each other. I don't know enough about Minecraft to give you a good idea of how these would run it, but I do know that Minecraft can run on very low-end computers, so at worst, you might have to turn down the settings.
