@NLkonijnen  Your saves and other user files are stored locally on your computer, not in the cloud.  So if you want access to that content, you'll need to move it over from your old system.  All user content is stored in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, and you can transfer this entire Sims 4 folder from one computer to another.  I'd suggest zipping it beforehand and unzipping it only when it's on the new laptop—this helps protect the files against corruption during the transfer.

It's best to move over only the files you need to keep, not the folders they're in.  For example, move the individual saves to the new saves folder, not the entire old saves folder.  Saved households and builds, both your own and those you've downloaded from the Gallery, are in Tray.  Mods and custom content, if you use them, are in the Mods folder.
