this is so annoying, i sighn in to my origin like a few months ago, then forgot my password, made a new account and then tried to put in my product code and it was like 'this code has already been used' now what do i do???!!!!

You need to login to the account that you have your game on. If you don't remember the password use the forgot password link https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/if-you-forgot-your-ea-account-id-or-password/
