I removed the mods. It worked a while longer than before, then the problem appeared again.
How do you clear the cache/ repair game? Is it an option in the game? Does Origin offer a repair option? I couldn't find options in the game or in Origin. Do you recomment deinstall & reinstall?
I had hope for the new update, but it didn't fix my problem.I have the probem with a self-build house as well as a default building (Paddywacks Emporium. it's the house left down corner).
Thank you very much for support and suggestions!

For Cache FIles: http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/delete-cache-files/
Repairing the game: Right click on the game in Origin. You should have the repair option there.

deleting the cache and repairing the game didn't fix the problem.
I backuped my game. I'm trying to reproduce the problem with another computer.
Edit: I used the back up on another computer and experienced the problem on the other Computer as well.
I added a picture to show my problem. As you can see in the right corner above, I made the walls down. The roof is visible.
The second picture shows what it looks like when you zoom in.
In the third picutre the roof is removed, and you can see what's on the inside. Please note in th right upper corner, that the walls are down.
Edit 2: I deleted the old sims4 folder and let the game create a new one. (Described here. Attention: German! http://forums.thesims.com/de_DE/discussion/770543/der-sims-4-bug-thread)
It didn't fix the problem.
Can the testingcheats cheat cause this problem?

@Urilii No, I don't think cheats would cause this sort of problem. Since you say it happens on a default lot, I will test that lot in my game and let you know if I can reproduce the bug.

@Urilii Unfortunately, I haven't been able to duplicate your problem. I used the Paddywack's Emporium and had my sim sell lots of items, but the walls/roof never appeared while I had walls down on in live mode. It may be that someone else will be able to duplicate it in their game. One thing I'd ask - you said you cleared your folder and then had the game create a new one... Did you then put your saves into that new folder, or did you create a new save? If you haven't already tried creating a new save, please do that (you can cheat your sim up to the necessary funds to buy a business with the motherlode cheat) and see if the problem still occurs in a clean, new game.

I didn't put my saved games in the folder. I just created a new "Sims 4"-folder and let the game do the rest. I started a new game with a new sim and had the problem then again after a while.

@Urilii ah, I am out of ideas then, since I cannot get it to happen in my game. Maybe at this point, a dev would want to take a look at one of your saves. I'll tag @IrishMadCat_EA and we'll see.

Thanks @BryonyRae and @crinrict
@Urilii did you start any club gatherings while the sims was selling items? Would you mind providing your save game?
If so, please zip up this folder: documents\electronicarts\thesims4\saves and drop the file to this Mediafire-Link to upload. Please make sure to name the zip file with your user name.
Thank you
