@Urilii If you still experience this problem after removing mods, clearing your cache, and repairing the game, I would ask whether you were using a default Magnolia building or one from the Gallery? If a gallery building, let me know the name/creator, and I'll see if I can reproduce the issue in my game.
I removed the mods. It worked a while longer than before, then the problem appeared again.
How do you clear the cache/ repair game? Is it an option in the game? Does Origin offer a repair option? I couldn't find options in the game or in Origin. Do you recomment deinstall & reinstall?
I had hope for the new update, but it didn't fix my problem.
I have the probem with a self-build house as well as a default building (Paddywacks Emporium. it's the house left down corner).
Thank you very much for support and suggestions!

Repairing the game: Right click on the game in Origin. You should have the repair option there.

deleting the cache and repairing the game didn't fix the problem.
I backuped my game. I'm trying to reproduce the problem with another computer.
Edit: I used the back up on another computer and experienced the problem on the other Computer as well.
I added a picture to show my problem. As you can see in the right corner above, I made the walls down. The roof is visible.
The second picture shows what it looks like when you zoom in.
In the third picutre the roof is removed, and you can see what's on the inside. Please note in th right upper corner, that the walls are down.
Edit 2: I deleted the old sims4 folder and let the game create a new one. (Described here. Attention: German! http://forums.thesims.com/de_DE/discussion/770543/der-sims-4-bug-thread)
It didn't fix the problem.
Can the testingcheats cheat cause this problem?
