@sparkie2407  Try repairing the game. In Origin, open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.  In the EA App, open your game library, hover over the Sims 4 icon, click the three dots, and select Repair.

If this doesn't help, clear the cache of the app you're using and try again.

If that doesn't help either, let me know which app you're using.  You can also go back to Origin if the EA App isn't cooperating.  This post has a download link:
