OK. doesn't seem connected then Factory Reset

Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199

You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.

After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.

Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.

  • Options.ini (or just re-set all your settings manually)
  • Tray Folder
  • Screenshots/Videos/Custom music
  • Rest of the save games (leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave and no longer needed - if you still have it)
  • Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, make up ....
  • Mods (one by one, making sure they all still work)

The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.

    I tried to use factory defaults but it does not work as well... ☹️

    Only pictures but I have a problem with the map of crime in Go to work!

    When I have it at Sim's home, some wierd textures of wall paints show up randomly. It usually shows only when the camera is at the back first, when it is then in the front of the map of crime, the textures show up. (I am trying to get a picture of the bug, I sold it before I realised I could have taken a photo...)

    @RexXusLP Do you also have crosses in the Gallery ? And just strangerville or all packs ? (just makeing sure)

    Do you have the new pack ?

    1. Yes, it does. It is loading and then crossed boxes show up. (note: I don't know if this is necessary but it worked before). It is wierd that the numbers of how many people playing, how many items are in gallery etc. are working though... 😢

    2. It does it with every expansion, game pack and stuff pack. 

    3. If you mean Island living then no. If you mean whatever pack I got since I posted the bug then yes (Go to work!). If you mean Strangerville then no.
