@cosmickimbap  As a test, please start a new save and see whether the same problems are present.  I'm not suggesting you need to abandon your current save, just that it's useful to distinguish between different types of issues.

Sims using the bathroom sink to wash dishes is a longstanding issue, one without a good solution, unfortunately.  The other issues shouldn't happen though.
