Re: Missing packs/linking ea app-epic games

@esingrl  Are you sure that you bought Wedding Stories in the same account that's linked to Epic?  Because what you've described is exactly what would happen if you were using two separate accounts.

To double-check, open any EA site (ea.com is fine), click the Sign in button, and sign in with your Epic account details.  Then find the EA username on that page and compare it to the one you've used to buy Wedding Stories.

    I did get live chat help from staff and apperantly my account wasn’t linked to epic games to begin with.So yeah probably i did buy it in different accounts.The problem is i did use this method  to link the accounts and i could play it for days via epic games without any trouble despite they weren’t linked.And after the purchase epic games was automatically launching the ea app so it wasn’t asking me for id,password anymore.I did uninstall the game all together to relink them using the same method but again all my other packs seem to be purchased but not my wedding stories.I don't know if there is another method to link them because so far this one isn't working for me.

    @esingrl  Only one EA account can be linked to a given Epic account, and vice versa.  It sounds like you have two EA accounts, one linked to Epic and one not, because Epic is automatically signing you into some account at least whenever you try to launch Sims 4.  There's no way to link the second without unlinking the first.  That is something you probably don't want to do here.  The easier approach would be to get your money back for Wedding Stories and purchase it through the correct account.

    That, in turn, is a job for EA customer support.  Sims 4 packs are treated as DLC and therefore not eligible for automatic refunds, but support may make an exception, or offer to merge the second account into the first one, if you explain the situation.
