@x-Hayley28-x  Sorry for the late reply.  Do you happen to have your game installed on an external drive, and if so, how is the drive formatted?  You can check by clicking Windows key-X and selecting Disk Management.

Please also try moving the entire Mods folder out and letting the game generate a new one, then adding a freshly-downloaded mod to that.
