Re: My game crashes on launch

@Quiinntales  Rather than providing the crash logs, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but not read by the game.)  Don't add anything to the folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs.

If you get another crash, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

If the new save runs fine, you can copy your existing save to the new Sims 4 folder and playing it, but don't add anything else yet.  Since you're copying rather than moving the save, you don't need to worry about the effects of not having your custom content present—the original will be intact while you experiment on the copy.
