crinrictHero+10 years agoRe: My game froze and is on a blank white screen, can't saveI doubt there's anything you can do to save your progress. Kill the game via task manager and then restart. @LBonne24

Recent DiscussionsGame updated May 2026, now I have no access to my saved games or sims. I updated my Sims 4 today (May 12, 2026), and now I have lost access to all of my saves and a number of things that I had saved to My Library in the Gallery, including my most recent family and home....My house disappeared I loaded into my save, and the entire apartment in San Myshuno had disappeared.
