@liv1670 Did you check if they are stuck at spawning point ?

Are you using a private dwelling lot trait ?

Does it happen on all lots or just specific ones ?

    @crinrict No haven’t got any lot traits..

    Iv checked the spawning point but doesn’t seem to be anybody there, I tried on a different lot and the services are showing up there just not in this one lot

    @crinrict It’s in willow creek, I’m unsure how else to explain it sorry😂 Iv tried another house in this town though and it works with them

    @liv1670 Could you check if they show up if you try a new save with the same lot (just for testing)

    Are you using a premade house or your own ?

    @crinrict Tried a new save but it didn’t make any difference, I also tried moving the family to a different lot but the same issue persisted

    @liv1670 Could you post a picture of the map and mark which lot it is ?

    Are you saying the same family has issues on another lot or another family has the same issue on the old lot ?

    @liv1670 I checked your save and since you have upped the household limit with a mod, you've reached the max of 20 Sims per lot.

    You need to change the settings in MCCC to allow more than 20 Sims on a lot, then the nanny should show up.
