Re: No NPCs spawning on community lots

I removed my mods to check if it will be ok, but its still the same. I've also tried on households with six and one sim only, still no luck. 

I have used MCCC before, what does overstuff mean? I've never made my households go beyond eight sims and pets though

I've tried a new save and the save that I had a problem with. So far the save I had a problem sorta got fixed, the NPCs and Townies will spawn, though it takes a while and in small amounts, this is the same with a new game. I have restarted the game also. So far in both saves, when I load in the community lot, only my sims will be present, then Townies spawn in small numbers, which was not the case before. The number of sims that will be on the world would be around 10 to 12 though not around the amount I was getting before, which could almost be in the 20s and would spawn in huge numbers. As for the household manager, I've got a ton of other households both in homes and homeless.
