@Chimichanga128 how many sims do you have in your household ? Have you been using MCCC to overstuff your household ?
I have used MCCC before, what does overstuff mean? I've never made my households go beyond eight sims and pets though

Does it also happen on a new save ? Do you have NPCs in the household manager at all ?I'll try it now, I'll also have to double check the household manager
I've tried a new save and the save that I had a problem with. So far the save I had a problem sorta got fixed, the NPCs and Townies will spawn, though it takes a while and in small amounts, this is the same with a new game. I have restarted the game also. So far in both saves, when I load in the community lot, only my sims will be present, then Townies spawn in small numbers, which was not the case before. The number of sims that will be on the world would be around 10 to 12 though not around the amount I was getting before, which could almost be in the 20s and would spawn in huge numbers. As for the household manager, I've got a ton of other households both in homes and homeless.
- @Chimichanga128 The lots have a 20 Sim limit (and all Sims in the household count towards that total even if you don't have them on the lot).
Mannequins also count half a Sim.
This can also be overridden with mods.
