Re: No Screen For Gameplay

So at first  I thought it was a sims 4 update issue but after getting told by someone I might be my windows that's causing my sims 4 gme to act wonky. So I have taken all my mods, cc, tray, and trays out of my game. Uninstalled and reinstalled the sims 4 and ea app, repaired the game and everything. I even named the game file _old so it can recreate a new one snd it still isn't working. I can play in cas but once it comes to loading into the gameplay the screen remains the color of the loading screen just with the ui work and anything that pops up is stuck on the screen. I continued to try and a little progress happened where the gameplay screen loaded and I could play but the graphics are weird. There is a blueish tint allover and the colors on the sims and enviornment are faded and nothing looks right. I uploaded my DxDiag.txt and was told that I had something to do with my computers graphics and I don[t know what that really means so I need help. I've been having this problem since the sims 4 August Update but my computer had also had an update around that time so maybe thats the problem.
