You need to reenable Mods/CC in game setting\other. Remember to test if ALL your Mods/CC are compatible.

Resource.cfg has always been there and are needed.

i tested all my mods and cc this time and mods disable is still showing up (yes i reenable them in setting/other)

Are you able to save your game or do you get an error.?

Please delete config.log. Note you will have to manually change settings back to what they were. You may want to move it somewhere as a backup.

and should i do it with mods/cc in mods folder or without them?

Always do testing without Mods/CC a lot of them are broken.

Great that it works now. You can then start testing you Mods/CC by adding them a lttle at a time and see if everything still works.

If you mean that you added your Mods and CC back and it now doesn't work you must remove the broken Mods/CC.

but like... i downloaded recently a new version of one mode which is completely compatible with the new ts4 version and enable mods is still showing up. That would mean all my cc/mods are broken and even newly downloaded ones?

@Sakulllllll If you are 100% sure, no mods are broken that you have in your game, you could just be missing the step somewhere:

1: Start game, select option settings, 'enable mods and cc'

2: Save and Quit to desktop.

3: Start your game, again and mods /cc should be there and enabled now.

...this is what i did right after actualization and enable mods shows up anyway 

was just a brief idea, & will leave it to JPKarlsen we rarely 'combine efforts', as that can then become confusing @Sakulllllll he's sure to be checking back on your problem soon, or when time permits.. 👍
