I am having the exact same issue, can't see any of my games in my library. . . .
But I can get into the game from Right clicking on the origin icon on the windows tool bar and the game will launch but all the games that I own are not listed there just a few that I play the most. . .
Please fix this problem so I can see my games again.

I'm glad someone's game is working. My origin won't even load my game at all. I was just playing yesterday.

I have been experiencing major problems with the server while trying to play sims 4 I have also been trying to contact ea and it says no channel I even got up earlier then normal to catch there new times i am sick of this someone please help!! I have also spoke with TWO agents and still have not been able to play. If you can’t help me Please give me my money back because I have every pack with you guys !!
