@qhp9miuhnhhi It sounds like your computer might have a virus. So you'll want to run a malware scan, for example the one from Malwarebytes. You can download it (the free trial is fine) from here:

Open it, click Scan > Custom Scan > Configure Scan, check all the boxes both for scans and for your C and D drives (and any other if you happen to have an external plugged in), and let it do its job. This will probably take at least an hour, so you may want to set it to run while you're doing something else. Restart your computer when it's done.
If you'd like, you can attach the Malwarebytes report so I can take a look.
