Re: Product Code - Sims 4

The slip of paper had the installing information etc. on it  and there was a gap at the bottom where the product code should be. I wasn't able to contact the seller for some reason so I've reported a problem.

Im in the same boat, just got my sims 4 collectors edition and just assumed i could download the game instead of using the cds (as i didn't build in a cd drive to my pc), but the product code is nowhere to be seen, there is the sims 4 serial number but no product code. Just about to call EB games and hope they can help me out.

How did you fix this?
