@AwesomeTori09  Sims 4 packs are treated as DLC and are thus not generally eligible for refunds.  But you could always ask EA customer support anyway.  Perhaps a support rep would be willing and able to exchange the packs, or refund SE so you can buy EL instead.

    @puzzlezaddict  Thank you for responding and offering your assistance. I'll be reaching out Saturday but have not been able to find a reasonable means of doing so. No number to call and the contact-us support seem to be problem specific. I'll respond with any results. Merry Christmas..

    @AwesomeTori09  There's no reason you can't pick a close-enough category of issue when submitting your request.  Once you pick the category, you'll get options for contacting EA, usually including at least live chat.  Since it's free (unlike most call options), it's usually the most efficient choice.

    @puzzlezaddictMy situation was resolved. The advisor made me no promises and explained everything that I already had read regarding DLC content. He had a word with his specialist and they came together to refund my purchase and allow me to re-purchase the DLC I really needed. Thank you for advice.. I had almost given up.
