@attaboi123 I've split your post into its own thread because the other thread was somewhat old and didn't precisely cover your issue. Thanks for providing the dxdiag, which would have been my first request.
Your dxdiag shows a few errors related to one of the graphics drivers, so the first step is to do a clean uninstall and reinstall of both the Intel and Nvidia drivers. Here's how:
Please start with the drivers Gigabyte provides for your laptop. They're somewhat old, but with these at least, you're getting drivers that may be tuned to work with your particular laptop rather than the more generic versions from Intel and Nvidia. And it's simple to update later. The drivers are here, under VGA:

If prompted, choose G5 GD, your laptop model.
Restart your computer after installing and before trying to play.
If you see the same error again, please post a new dxdiag.
