@esraslh I've split your post into the Sims 4 PC tech section, since you posted in an old Sims 3 Mac thread.

Try clearing Origin's cache (Windows) or running the Origin reset tool (macOS).

You might have to re-download Seasons, but it should work the next time.

Another issue, I have the base game sims 4 on origin, the laguages that are supported include only 3 languages, then I bought sims 4 seasons, and it includes english language as well. but i am unable to change the language on sims 4 seasons, any help how to do it? thanks.

@esraslh The packs follow the main language of the base game. So if you just have 3 languages for the base game, that's what you'll have for the expansions.
