@LeopardSkin  Troubleshooting a system issue like this is very different in Windows than in macOS.  Some concepts are the same, but the details are not, so a Mac-specific thread isn't going to help.  (And neither would a tech helper who only deals with macOS and not Windows, for that matter.)  This is the master thread for missing user content (saves, mods, etc.) in Windows:

For the Mods folder, you'll need to start the game again to create it.  If that doesn't help, please make sure you're looking at the correct Sims 4 folder.  Here's how to find it:
