@belleluvsu  I've split your post into its own thread in the Sims 4 PC tech section since you posted in a Sims 3 Mac thread.

Anyway, the graphicsrules.sgr file would be here by default:

C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin

If you've changed the location where the EA App installs games, look there instead.  The rest of the path will always be \The Sims 4\Game\Bin.
