@CrazyCooke  I've split your post into its own thread in the Sims 4 PC tech section, since the other thread was a couple years old.

The Sims 4 folder will appear in Documents\Electronic Arts the first time you load the game.  If you're looking and it's not there, it might be synced with cloud storage (OneDrive or iCloud), or you might be looking in cloud storage when it's on your hard drive.  Please check both locations.

If your computer runs Windows, you can also open a File Explorer window and search for "config" without quotes; the Sims 4 folder you're looking for will have one config.log inside.  Then you can check the file path and see where the folder is landing.
