For the people running the 4070. Grab the file on the front page and add this line with the other Nvidia cards and put it in the ConfigOverride folder in C:\Users\username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4

I just got this message loading the game onto a new computer (w/ Nvidia GeoForce RTX 4080 laptop), so I closed out the game and did a App Recovery and Repair Game in the EA app. When I loaded up the game again I didn't get the message and it looks like the game is using my GPU just fine. I can run on Ultra settings and my GPU is being used, so this problem is fixed I guess?
